From that we identify a criteria for evaluation, and find any
special aspects of the product to be focused on for evaluation

evaluation - We assess your
product against recognized usability principles and design guidelines
(heuristics), and the criteria identified in our meeting.
reporting - At the end of
the evaluation, you receive a written report containing an executive
summary with the main key issues found, follow by a detailed discussion
of the potential or current usability problems, together with
recommendations for these problems. Our recommendations are based
on psychology and recognised best practices. We present the results
and discuss with you and your team at your offices.
