We can advice you at any stage of the UCD lifecycle including:
research stage:
Understanding the people that will use your product, and the context
in which they will use it. A variety of techniques can be used
at this stage including: contextual inquires, focus groups, interviews,
competitors analysis.
By the end of this stage the user profiles, product aim and usability
goals will be established.
concept stage:
Working out initial ideas for the appropriate architecture and
format of the product that best match the needs of the users and
the business. Create storyboard.
design stage:
Designing a product prototype (this can start as simple sketches
on paper). Usability testing your prototype by watching typical
users as they try it out. Making changes according to the findings.
This can be done several times until the best design for the product
is found.
By the end of this stage the complete fully detailed architecture,
storyboards, wireframes will be established.
implementation stage:
Ongoing usability evaluations and usability testing to make sure
the product is still on track.
Deployment stage:
Gathering and analysing feedback after launch. Usability testing,
field studies, surveys.
